During the few months leading up to my 65th birthday, I spoke with several brokers, trying to navigate the Medicare system. I spoke with Becky Larson first and ultimately decided that I would use TIG as my Medicare insurance broker. Becky never tried to sell me anything. She talked to me like a friend would, simply explaining the system and the myriad of choices I had. When I asked her opinion, she gave it. She truly provided me the service I needed. Agent Kim Hays, took her time helping me find a replacement Medicare advantage plan. Anthem BCBS for 2026 not renewing my plan, so forced to find another plan. Kim Hays, listens to customers and genuinely cares enough to find the best health insurance plan, that fits your needs. I'm a first time customer at TIG "Thomas Insurance Group" and I give them 5 stars for their outstanding customer services! As an added bonus, they do distribute gift cards for referrals you give them.
